General Return Policy

  • Returns are handled strictly on a case-by-case basis.
  • As a general rule, returns are not allowed unless there was a mistake on our end.

  3. Any proven error from our side during order processing

We take great care with every order, and during our tenure, we have seen only a handful of returns, thanks to our precise order fulfillment and quality inspection.

Color Options & Custom Orders

  • Our standard setup is black frame with black upholstery.
  • We can create any color combination upon request.
  • Choosing a non-standard color may add up to one extra week to the delivery timeline, depending on production flow.
  • Custom color orders are generally non-returnable, unless the mistake came from our side.

Eligibility for Returns

  • The product is unused and in original condition
